Peter came to us with a clear concept for a sophisticated black men's short-sleeved polo, and our team was tasked with translating his design into a tangible, high-quality prototype, a crucial step in the journey from design to reality.
What made Peter's polo particularly engaging was the meticulous attention to detail required to achieve a truly premium feel. The core of the design featured a classic pique knit fabric, often recognized for its breathability and comfort, which we've expertly sourced and utilized to achieve that sought-after 'dry-fit' quality. The innovation truly shone in the refined finishing touches. The classic polo collar, elevated with two crisp white stripes, demanded precise stitching to maintain its structure and aesthetic appeal. Similarly, the placket, adorned with three carefully spaced white buttons, and the ribbed cuffs, also accented with two subtle white stripes, were areas where our craftsmanship truly came to the fore.
Our systematic workflow ensured every element was perfected. The placement of the embroidered logo on the left chest, and a second, smaller embroidered logo near the hem on the lower left side, were executed with exceptional accuracy.
