Collaborative Creation: Refining Daniel's Polo
Daniel's vision was a bright, cheerful polo shirt. We received his initial design, and our expert team got to work. The core of our sample-making service lies in its systematic workflow and, crucially, our collaborative approval process. For Daniel's polo, this meant a dynamic back-and-forth that ensured absolute precision.
The primary challenge and delight was achieving the exact shade of bright, light turquoise. Daniel provided detailed feedback on the initial prototype, requesting subtle adjustments to the color saturation. Our pattern makers and technicians meticulously recalibrated, ensuring the fabric – an 88% polyester, 12% spandex blend for optimal comfort and drape – matched his expectations perfectly. This same vibrant turquoise was then applied to the classic collar, the clean-lined cuffs, and the two-button placket, creating a cohesive and striking look.
Next, we focused on the subtle yet distinctive all-over geometric pattern. Daniel envisioned small, darker turquoise diamond shapes, and our team worked to ensure the print's density and scale were exactly as specified. The final touch was the embroidered seahorse logo in a matching dark turquoise on the left chest. Each stitch was placed with care, reflecting the high standards of our garment prototyping.
