The process for ngan's BHLD began with a clear vision for a long-sleeved men's jacket. The initial design called for a classic bomber silhouette, rendered in a sophisticated deep navy blue. The real magic, however, lay in the dynamic contrast of bold white color-blocked panels. These striking white accents were designed to run vertically down the entire front and back of the jacket, creating a powerful visual statement that extended from the shoulder to the hem. Similar white panels adorned the upper shoulder area of the navy blue sleeves, enhancing the jacket's athletic yet refined aesthetic.
Our sample-making service thrives on precision and client input. During the approval phase, ngan provided valuable feedback that allowed us to fine-tune every detail. For instance, the stand-up collar, reminiscent of a polo, was carefully adjusted to achieve the perfect height and fit, accented with a subtle thin white trim that echoed the jacket's paneling. The full-length silver zipper was tested for smooth operation, and the placement and sizing of the two chest pockets, complete with navy flaps and white trim, were meticulously reviewed.
