We recently had the pleasure of transforming an initial concept for our client, CKJ (Order #104), into a standout sleeveless t-shirt, showcasing the meticulous detail and collaborative spirit inherent in our garment sample development process.
Interpreting the Vision: The CKJ Sleeveless Tee
CKJ's initial design was a clear directive: a black, sleeveless t-shirt with a modern, relaxed silhouette. Our team meticulously analyzed their sketch, focusing on translating the desired aesthetic into a wearable prototype. The choice of fabric was a key consideration; for this particular design, we selected high-quality polyester. This material offers durability and a smooth finish, perfect for the clean lines and graphic elements of the t-shirt.
The silhouette was refined to a comfortable, straight cut, complemented by a subtly curved hem that adds a contemporary edge. A classic black ribbed crew neck provides a neat finish. The most striking design elements – the camouflage-print sleeves and the impactful back print – were brought to life with precision. The short sleeves feature a sophisticated blend of green, brown, and black camouflage, providing a bold contrast to the solid black body. On the reverse, the motivational slogan "START TO REMEMBER" is crisply printed in white, positioned towards the bottom hem, creating a powerful statement.
No detail was overlooked, including the subtle yet distinctive branding. A small, oval embroidered logo on the left chest, featuring a white outline with "CKD" neatly contained within, adds a touch of personalized flair.
