The Birth of a Bucket Hat Prototype
Connor’s initial design sketch for a unique bucket hat came to life through our meticulous garment prototyping. The core of the design featured a distinctive ribbed texture on the crown, a sophisticated touch that adds depth and visual interest. Surrounding the base of the crown, a striking band was envisioned, destined to carry a subtle yet luxurious detail.
Our design team immediately focused on material selection to capture the desired feel. The choice of 100% Cotton Woven Terry, with a substantial GSM of 320-380, promised both durability and a plush, comfortable wear. This fabric choice was crucial in achieving the ribbed texture's premium finish and ensuring the hat would hold its shape beautifully.
Refining Design Details: Color, Embossing, and Silhouette
The design specified four elegant color options: 'trắng ngà' (off-white), 'kem hơi ngà vàng' (light beige), 'trắng tinh' (pure white), and 'đen' (black). Our team worked diligently to achieve precise color matching, ensuring each shade met Connor's exacting standards. The real magic, however, lay in the embossed details. The word 'TONE' was elegantly debossed in gold on the top of the crown, a signature touch that speaks of quality. Adding another layer of bespoke detail, the band around the base of the crown featured numbers 1 through 6, also embossed in gleaming gold, offering a unique and personalized element.
Through careful pattern making and fitting, we refined the silhouette to ensure a comfortable and stylish fit.
