This wasn't just about stitching fabric; it was about understanding the unique demands of this specific garment. The core of these Socks lies in their material composition – a precise blend of 85-90% Nylon or Polyester with 10-15% Elastane, providing both durability and stretch. Achieving the optimal 250 gsm weight required careful fabric selection and handling. The true artistry, however, shines through in the details.
Mastering the Technicalities: Crafting Superior Socks
Our skilled artisans meticulously worked on the textured pattern adorning the palms and fingers. This intricate design isn't merely aesthetic; it's engineered for enhanced grip and functionality. Achieving this level of detail requires specialized stitching techniques and a deep understanding of how different yarn types interact with the knitting machinery. The ribbed cuff, a crucial element for comfort and fit, was crafted with specific tension to ensure it stays in place without being constrictive.
The visual identity of the Socks was brought to life with a striking white logo on the cuff of the left glove. This stylized 'X' within a black rectangle, alongside the 'Omertà' text, was applied with precision.
