The Rigorous Inspection Journey for Truka's Bra

For Truka's Order #227, the journey began with a detailed technical drawing. Our QC team meticulously reviewed this blueprint, establishing the baseline for all subsequent checks.
Key inspection checkpoints included:
- Fabric Verification: We confirmed the fabric composition – a premium blend of 77% nylon and 23% elastane with a substantial 250 GSM. This ensures the bra's intended stretch, durability, and comfort, crucial for an athletic garment.
- Construction Accuracy: The design specified a light-colored main body, elegantly contrasted with black binding around the halter neckline and armholes. Our team verified these color placements and the precision of the binding application, ensuring a clean, professional finish.
