Our factory usually has 2 options for Start Up

Since this is an off-the-shelf product, it may not be what you expect, but it's the fastest & cheapest way.

Op2. We will develop and produce according to your requirements

Our factory must give the following notes to Startup: Developing custom-made products is an expensive route (Because this is usually only suitable for big brands)

Product development will need to be done over and over again to achieve the final model you like. Each time you have to pay for the sample development and shipping cost (usually 70usd/sample shipment)

After completing the order, for small quantity parcels, you also have to ship by air (shipping cost is about 1usd to 3usd/product), (if you order more than 3000pcs you can ship by sea ship 0.5 usd/pc)

You also should not use our sizing chart because each locality has a suitable size and style chart that customers in that market expect. So we are forced to design the size just for you

If you still want to stay committed to product development, here is a basic cost table for making a sample:

• Design fee: 50$/style (If you have design/photo exactly what do you want make: we don't charge this fee)
• Make Pattern: 50$/style (If you used ours size change, our pattern - don't need make new pattern: we don't charge this fee)
• Source Fabric: 20$-50$ (if our stock have fabric we don't charge this fee)
• Sewing on sample room: 50$/piece (pay for 5 worker on sample room)
• ( Sample fee = Design fee + Pattern fee + Fabric fee + Sewing fee = 160$ )
• MOQ (Tshirt / Polo / Hoodie ) = 100pcs / style / color
• MOQ ( Another products ) = 500 pcs / style / color

The best, fastest, most economical way for you if you still want to develop the right and right product for you is:

Step 1: You take/buy your local sample product, which you are satisfied with: material, style and send it to our factory (you will save: design costs, costs). develop the size, and the sample shipping cost many times, save time)

Step 2: Then we will copy according to: size, style, material, and customize according to your texture, logo
