Our Quality Control (QC) team was paramount in ensuring every detail met Alif's exacting standards.
The QC Checkpoint: A Deep Dive into Alif's Polo
Our process begins the moment a design is finalized. For Alif's Polo, this meant scrutinizing a vibrant, bright yellow long-sleeved shirt. The first checkpoint involved verifying the main fabric and color accuracy. Following that, we moved to the detailed embellishments. The Adidas branding on the left chest, a crisp printed application, was inspected for precise placement, sharpness, and adherence.
Next, the collar and cuffs – both expertly crafted with a ribbed yellow material – were examined. The placket, featuring two classic white buttons, underwent a thorough check for secure attachment and uniform spacing. A key design element was the sophisticated application of three parallel black stripes on each upper arm, a detail that adds a dynamic visual appeal. Our QC team ensured these stripes were perfectly aligned and consistently applied across the garment.
The hem also featured the matching yellow ribbed finish, complementing the cuffs. Each inspection point adheres to international garment quality standards, ensuring consistency and durability. This systematic approach allows us to catch any potential deviations early, guaranteeing that the prototype perfectly reflects the approved design before we even consider moving to bulk production.
