At Gold Garment, we understand that every stitch of a garment sample tells a story. For client Daniel and his Order #155, that story is one of meticulous quality control, transforming a bold design into a tangible, high-performance Gym bodysuit. Our journey from concept to prototype is a systematic process, and our Quality Control department is the gatekeeper, ensuring every detail is perfected.
Daniel’s vision was for a striking, long-sleeved bodysuit. Our team received his design, and the initial stage involved a thorough design review. The core of this Gym wear is its captivating dark brown base, intricately overlaid with a dynamic black leopard print. The silhouette is designed to be form-fitting, accentuating the wearer's physique. A key feature is the deep scoop or keyhole neckline, elegantly enhanced by a lace-up detail using thin black cords – a design element we scrutinized for both aesthetics and functionality.
Our quality control checkpoints began immediately upon the sample's completion. First, we inspected the fabric: a robust blend of 80% Polyester and 20% Spandex, boasting a substantial 250 GSM. This composition is crucial for the stretch, durability, and comfort expected from Gym wear. Our inspectors checked for any inconsistencies in the fabric's weave or print application, ensuring the black leopard pattern was sharp and evenly distributed across the entire garment, including the sleeves.
Next, the finishing details. The self-fabric binding along the neckline, cuffs, and hem was examined for neatness, even tension, and secure attachment, ensuring a clean, professional edge that matches the main body. The lace-up detail on the neckline was tested for its strength and the smooth operation of the cords. While Daniel's spec mentioned a 2.5cm rubber logo, its absence from the visible garment design highlights our commitment to adhering strictly to client specifications. If a logo were present, it would undergo separate checks for placement accuracy, adhesion, and material integrity.
This rigorous inspection process, from fabric hand-feel to the precision of each seam and embellishment, is what sets our sample making service apart. It's how we guarantee that the prototype presented to Daniel would be an exact replica of his design, ready for his approval before scaling to bulk production. We offer the complete garment manufacturing journey: concept → design review → sample making → client approval → bulk production. Entrust your next project to our Vietnam garment factory, where skilled craftsmanship meets competitive pricing for custom manufacturing.
